Abstract


With the development of globalization and information technology , the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market , foreign companies have entered and the continuous rise of the emerging domestic enterprises to traditional construction enterprises brings dual pressures . Traditional construction business management methods can not meet the ever - changing market and demand on Partnering System Supply Chain Management breaking the organizational boundaries of the traditional supply chain management , supply chain vertical transmission based on horizontal links , promote information between the participating companies pass more quickly and accurately , faster and more efficient supply chain management process , to construction enterprises has brought new opportunities and profit source . In this paper, the economic and social context , based on the partnering model building enterprise supply chain management , in order to be able to get the actual significance of the development . Firstly partnering construction enterprise supply chain management theory in-depth analysis , in contrast with the traditional supply chain management process , summed up the core competitive advantages of partnering the supply chain management , partnering supply chain management game analysis analysis and application of the driving force , and come to the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of partnering the supply chain management of construction enterprises . Then by partnering supply chain management in the operation of the specific implementation process design for the practical application of this new management approach laid the foundation . Third, the specific situation of China 's national conditions and the current construction market , analysis of the implementation of the the partnering construction enterprise supply chain management related strategies . Finally , through the study and analysis of the partnering construction enterprise supply chain management simulation instance , further demonstrates the practice of partnering the supply chain management process . This paper aims at partnering supply chain management , research , and contributed to the participating companies in the \and improve core competitiveness has a certain theoretical and practical significance .
