Abstract


With the intensification of market competition, more and more enterprises allow suppliers to participate in its new product development, Supplier involvement in new product development as a new model of innovation and cooperation has gained more and more attention. Nowadays, it is an important topic of Supplier involvement in new product development is the research about the performance of supplier involvement in new product development. However, most of the researches pay attention to the long strategic performance than short project performance. Facing the fiercely environment increasingly, the organizations have the strategic foresight more and more, they believe that the long strategic performance is more important than the short project performance.However, it also increases the complexity of the project because of supplier involvement in the research shows that many enterprises practice are unsuccessful. In this context, how to organization SINPD effect and which ways can take effective cooperative performance, Especial achieving the long strategic performance of SINPD are becoming the key to carrying out the SINPD.At first, a large number of relevant research literatures were summarized. In the exploratory study, based on organizational learning, inter-organizational cooperation research and development, the key successful factors that affect the effects of practice SINPD were summed up. Empirical research on key successful factors that affect the effects of practice SINPD was carried out by means of the exploratory factor analysis, and then the six key successful factors was extracted, they were supplier involvement time、the degree of supplier involvement、knowledge absorptive capability、learning capability、knowledge creative capability and knowledge integrative capability. The theoretical relationship of SINPD, organization leaning capability, new product development performance was analyzed. Based on the exploratory study, the concept model and the research hypothesis of the relationship between SINPD and new product development performance were constructed. Through questionnaire survey, data processing, model checking, and ultimately arrived at the conclusion of the study. The results show that:SINPD for the new product development performance has a positive impact, the impact of the mechanism embodied in the increasing the organization learning capability of manufactory. SINPD affect the new product development effect through improving the organization learning capability of the manufactory, especially affecting the long strategic performance. In the conclusion, the research conclusion of this text is drawn; the theory contribution is analyzed systematically and the enlightenment of SINPD practice in our country. Finally, the shortcoming and the prospect for research in the future are analyzed.
