Abstract


In recent years, the human resources in the enterprise occupies an increasingly important position in turn person hillock match began to get the attention of more and more enterprises . Knowledge worker has become a very important social resources , knowledge worker jobs matching evaluation is even more important . The traditional post match evaluation methods are many , such as : the permutation method , taxonomy , scores and factor comparison method and so on , these methods have some degree of rationality but was too subjective . As a kind of artificial intelligence , BP neural network has begun to be applied to management evaluation of them , so this article working on these two theories of the BP neural network with AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process method is applied to knowledge workers - post match them to more higher efficiency to solve knowledge workers post match . The paper compares the traditional method of people post match , knowledge-based staff as well as BP neural network , on AHP theory . Based on BP neural network based on AHP principle advantage for this paper to solve the knowledge-based staff positions matching problem , the paper presents the AHP-BP neural network - based knowledge workers - post match evaluation ideological . BP neural paper presents the process : the use of AHP of screening evaluation indicators , to determine knowledge workers - post match evaluation elements , and the use of AHP evaluation ; AHP screening indicators to build the BP neural network model , then the use of the building network model of knowledge workers - jobs match evaluation ; portfolio weighted the results of the two evaluation methods , and come to the final results of the evaluation . Then, the paper validation of a numerical simulation of the evaluation method of the building , the results show that the model is scientific and effective . Finally, compare the pros and cons of AHP, BP , AHP -BP three kinds of knowledge workers - post match evaluation method based comparison results indicate that the proposed comprehensive evaluation method , the use of AHP evaluation method is simple , easy to understand, interpret and strong , can be used to compare the characteristics of the study , the use of the BP neural network based on objective data to evaluate the advantages of the two well combined . Provides an effective method and the basis for enterprises to solve in practice people post match evaluation .
