Abstract


Changing market environment , corporate mergers and acquisitions activity is surging . Companies as a basic economic elements responsible for the major role in M \u0026 A activity . Profit and grow as the ultimate goal of every enterprise , the only accurate assessment of the value to be able to determine the success or failure of the company's future development, and mergers and acquisitions , enterprise value assessment is extremely important for scientific and rational analysis of mergers and acquisitions . Judgment and knowledge of the financial staff in M \u0026 A , has a very prominent role in corporate decision-making should attach great importance to the financial information , and the only way to ensure that M \u0026 A activity to create tremendous value for the enterprise . M \u0026 A is a way of business development and growth in capital management , plays an important role for the enterprise in a dominant position in the fierce market . Value of mergers and acquisitions in the past focused on the traditional value analysis methods , focusing on the value of M \u0026 A qualitative analysis from the point of view of the real option value of mergers and acquisitions and quantitative analysis to compare several traditional value analysis methods , focusing on from the point of view of real options to analyze the value of mergers and acquisitions . In the analysis of cases , compared to the conclusion of the discounted cash flow method , and real options method , the formation of a system under conditions of uncertainty using real options analysis method . In addition, this paper uses a new case to analyze the application of real options to prove the reasonableness of the real options approach .
