Ordos city is located the Inner Mongoliannorth west, is one take the Mongolian national minority as the main body, the HanNationality occupies the most national minority area, Ordos city while isdeveloping economy vigorously, also pays great attention to the education extremelythe development, the education quality of teaching enhances unceasingly, theeducation for all-around development in the middle and elementary schoolsuniversal implementation, the national minority education obtained furtherstrengthened. Since this article has utilized the literature material law, the scenesurvey procedure, the interview law as well as the questionnaire survey procedurethe Ordos city Elementary school sports teaching present situation carries on theinvestigation to the new class sign implementation, discovers in various schoolssports teaching process the merit and the existence question, for a Ordos cityElementary school sports teaching better development proposed the correspondingstrategy, simultaneously provides the model for our country other area elementaryschool sports teaching development.The survey results show that:(1) the Ordos City elementary school physicaleducation teacher with a serious shortage of physical education teachersteam-building is not complete, the male to female ratio imbalance, and teachingexperience to be improved. Physical education teachers to receive professionaltraining in less proportion of low frequency of training, and the training program asingle, far from being able to meet the needs of the Ordos City elementary schoolphysical education teacher.(2) the basis of Ordos city Elementary school whenformulation physical training curricula design are few, lacks to the research of theoryand teaching material, does not help the construction and sports study of studentmental structure feeds back. The Ordos city elementary physical education goal andplan of instruction establish not entire, affects the reason that the Ordos city elementary physical education plan completes is the sports location equipment ismainly insufficient and gym instructor is related inexperienced.(3) selection ofOrdos city Elementary school sports teaching material came from the series tocompile the teaching material mainly, the sports attending class form attended classaccording to the administrative class, and teacher who carries on the groupinstruction in the attending class process are also few.(4) When Ordos cityelementary PE teacher teaching what mainly uses is the traditional PE teachingmethod, takes the teacher to teach for the center, neglects initiative that the studenthas studied. When choice teaching method the primary factor that considers is theown situation and different teaching material of teacher but few of individualdifference consideration to the age phase character and student of student.(5) Ordoscity Elementary school the appraisal way of appraisal and teacher teaching to studentphysical education study is unitary, cannot respond the teaching level of the learningeffect and teacher of student comprehensively. The college physical educationlocation and equipment are serious, for carrying on PE teaching the funds source ofvenue facility equipment is unitary, does not have full reassignment enterpriseguardian and other social sectors.
