Abstract


Along with the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises , improve the internal quality of human resources , strategic requirement of enterprise development . However, for a long time , Chinese enterprises due to the lack of knowledge on the training evaluation , the lack of effective training effectiveness assessment tools and other reasons , the the training evaluation work is far behind the development of the training . Training performance evaluation as a key part of the corporate training system is a feedback of the results of training . In this paper, the Kirkpatrick model for the study on the basis of analysis of model reaction layer assessment , the assessment of learning layer characteristics and limitations of the assessment of the behavior layer , put forward the meaning and value of the assessment of the results layer . On this basis , according to the actual situation of China's enterprises , building layer evaluation index system of enterprise training effect results and the index system assessment methodology for each index and the weights assigned to carry out a more detailed study . Then , the article details the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , as well as the training effect results layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and implementation of procedures and methods . Finally, the paper analyzed in detail through a combination of practical experience of corporate training effect results layer assessment , implementation of the factors affecting the effectiveness of training assessment . Countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to improve and perfect the training performance evaluation . In this paper, corporate training performance the result layer assessment methods and processes for training evaluation only stay in the reaction layer , learning level, behavioral level enterprise has certain reference value and reference.
