Abstract


"The national medium and long term program for education reform and development (2010-2020)", clearly proposes to promote fair education policy. Along with country urbanization continues to advance, however, the urban and rural education fairness is increasingly prominent. The urban-rural dual structure have obvious characteristics, The urban-rural fringe is located in the transitional zone of the urban and rural areas. the geographical environment is complex, distributed densely populated chaos, education facilities became particularly prominent problems, which serious impact on the realization of education fairness.At present, the research on educational facilities in China, mostly concentrated in the fields of sociology and pedagogy, while relatively less researches on geographic perspective. As an interdisciplinary subject, human geography has the social attribute of geographic space and human nature, which is a unique advantage for the study of primary and secondary educational facilities layout. Therefore, this thesis conducts a targeted research on the educational facilities problems in Huiji urban-rural in view of human geography.Based on a literature review, the thesis choose the educational facilities layout in Huiji urban-rural fringe as research subjects, which is intended to establish the evaluation index system of primary and secondary educational facilities layout with the spatial perspective, and conduct targeted measurement and evaluation. Firstly, the thesis constructs three categories of14specific indicators including the education scale indicating index, facility allocation leading index, spatial location suitable index, as evaluation of the educational facility allocation level. Then calculating the allocation level of the elementary and secondary educational facilities layout in Huiji urban-rural fringe based on the integration of AHP and weighted averages method, and assessing the allocation level of the primary and secondary educational facilities from the comprehensive index to the single index. Finally, it optimizes the primary and secondary educational facilities layout in Huiji urban-rural fringe. On the one hand, According to the evaluation results put forward the specific optimization and plan. on the other hand it puts forwards planning countermeasures and policy recommendations. Based on the above research, the thesis constructs the evaluation index system of primary and secondary educational facilities layout, trying to provide ideas to Huiji urban-rural fringe, and offer reference for similar urban-rural fringe areas.
