Abstract


In the process of China 's urbanization , housing has been a hot topic in the economic and social development . The current our urban high prices , the low-income families in the town difficult to achieve the minimum aspirations of the Home Ownership Scheme . In view of this situation , the government timely launch of housing security system to safeguard the fundamental right of residence of the low-and middle-income families . Housing security system as an important part of the social security system is an important manifestation of the government duties , and is conducive to safeguarding the vital interests of low-income families in the cities and towns to achieve social harmony and healthy development of their sound and perfect . Mainly to improve and perfect the housing security system , the first chapter expounds the basic background of low-income families in China's urban housing security , research purpose and meaning , as well as research situation . The second chapter is the analysis of the theory of low-income families in China's urban housing security system . Its theoretical basis for the theory of social security , government responsibility and fair allocation theory through the analysis of the theory , pointing out the necessity and urgency of the implementation of the housing security system . The third chapter of low and middle income family housing supply and demand situation and the existing problems . China 's current supply of housing including affordable housing , low-rent housing , housing prices , as well as small property room , they have achieved certain results in the implementation process , but at the same time , there are many issues need to be resolved . The fourth chapter describes the developed countries and regions in the case of low-income families housing security and Experience and Implications for China . The fifth chapter focuses on low-and middle-income families housing security policy proposals . First proposed the implementation of the housing policy should follow the basic principles, followed by home and abroad experience summed up the general idea of ??specific design , and finally carried out throughout the housing to protect the status quo .
