At the beginning of the new century, our country to a new round of basic education course reform, the reform of basic education teaching brought important influence on every aspect, especially a series of changes caused by teachers’ teaching work, such as teacher’s routine work, preparing for the design of teaching target and formulated. Teaching goal statement, also known as the teaching goal of writing, and narrates and statements, etc., is to write a teaching plan or teaching design important content. Scientific and standardized expressions is conducive to the standardization of the middle school history curriculum teaching aims and the middle school history teaching and learning.In the current teaching practice, however, due to the influence of the traditional teaching ideas, some middle school history teachers to the class teaching target is not scientific, the expression of do not accord with the requirement of new curriculum concept, they often use have become accustomed to the traditional "teaching objectives" expression method and train of thought, cause target expression on there are some problems.Middle school history class teaching goals formulated some problems, not only the cause of the education thought, education idea, teaching also has design practices. Based on the above background and reasons, this paper intends to the middle school history class teaching goals formulated a number of problems, and formulated some normative issues of discussion.In this paper the first part is introduction, including middle school history class teaching goals formulated problems put forward, research significance and the value and the contents and the methods of the research. The second part is the middle school history class teaching goal statements of theoretical foundation, first introduced the general situation of teaching goal of the research both at home and abroad, including research situation of middle school history teaching goal, the second when it comes to middle school history class teaching goal describe some of the concepts defined. The third part is the middle school history class teaching target expression and causes of the problems in the analysis. Target describe three major problems:the behavior main body is not accurate, objective expression of more general vague and lack of predictability, goal statement content is empty and not comprehensive, lack of interoperability and the necessary links. Mainly from the lack of theoretical knowledge and class teaching goal design and teaching practice of disconnect between two aspects to analysis the reason. The fourth part is the standardization of the middle school history class teaching goal, is the core of this paper. One is a basic requirement of class teaching objective statement, two is class teaching goal stated basic elements, three is the basic pattern of class teaching objective statement, four is the basic contents of class teaching goal statement, five is a sample lesson teaching target expression. The last part is conclusion, talking about the limitations of middle school history class teaching goal statements, dispute, I think, understand, and think that need further research.
