Abstract


With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration in-depth development , facing the port as an international transport hub interface and international economic and trade support platform to provide value-added services and expand new function of the historical mission of their participation in the economic the belly domain resource elements configured to play the growing role of integrated logistics emergent . Tianjin Port should be relying on the port advantages in resources and Tianjin Port Container Logistics Center overall functional advantages , in order to establish the transport industry cluster automotive distribution centers as the main entry point for the establishment of the Tianjin Port Container Logistics Center , to create a communication platform for shippers and transport companies , comprehensive services that improve the production and transport-related services , life services , information flow , business flow, capital flow cluster effect . In this thesis, the use of modern logistics management theory from the background of the project construction , engineering construction , construction conditions and modes of operation , planning and construction programs , environmental protection and safety , and economic evaluation of the necessity and feasibility analysis of Tianjin Port Container Logistics Center automotive distribution centers projects carried out a feasibility study . The research mainly including the related feasibility analysis of car distribution centers established in Tianjin Port , Tianjin Port automotive distribution centers to establish the program design content , the Tianjin Port automotive distribution centers to establish economic evaluation .
