Abstract


Spirit of hard work and plain living are traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,is also the fine tradition of the Chinese communist party. At the beginning of thefounding of the People’s Republic of China, carry forward the spirit of hard work andplain living, hard work and plain living the spirit of the practice, change the face ofthe poor of the People’s Republic of China in, promote the process of our countrysocialism initial stage construction played a huge role. Similarly, in the new period ofsocialist construction with Chinese characteristics, in the new stage of deepeningreform, advocating the spirit of hard work and plain living education is not just aslogan, a temporary solution, but must further implement the great practice, it is topromote our social long-term, healthy and sustainable development needs, is alsofully realize "five one" the needs of the general layout.In terms of the present stage, we can often hear such as there is no need for"carry forward the spirit of hard work and plain living","the spirit of hard work andplain living has been out of date" and other relevant comments, especially thecontemporary college students group, also started to promote our long doubt,inheriting the spirit of hard work and plain living. However, we must clearlyrecognize that contemporary college students are the future of our motherland andhope, adhering to the spirit of hard work and plain living, for their own and thecountry’s future development, have important practical significance. Therefore, thespirit of hard work and plain living education on college students’ group, the greatsignificance.Based on this, this article selects the study of contemporary college students asthe spirit of hard work and plain living education objects, five chapter made acomprehensive and detailed in this paper. The first chapter is introduction. First of all,the paper selected topic background and the topic of meaning; Then, in the field ofsummary and overview of the current situation of relevant research at home andabroad; Finally, the research methods used in the writing process has carried on theshow, and puts forward the innovation of the article. The second chapter is on thedevelopment of the spirit of hard work and plain living the comprehensivearrangement and instructions. Starts with the basic connotation of the spirit of hardwork and plain living, then transition to the spirit of hard work and plain living historyevolution, respectively illustrates the war, the beginning of the founding of thePeople’s Republic of China, the new period of reform and opening-up and the socialistconstruction period, the basic content of the spirit of hard work and plain living.Thethird chapter specifically from three aspects: society, college and university students,emphatically discusses in the new period of socialist construction, to advocate thespirit of hard work and plain living the realistic significance of the education. Thefourth chapter analyzes the contemporary college students lack of hard work and plainliving the spirit of the four, and from the aspects of society, schools and families analyzed the causes of the performance. Fifth chapter focus from the family education,school education and social constraints, four aspects, to explore the spirit of hardwork and plain living education of contemporary college students concrete means, soas to promote the contemporary college students consciously practice the practice ofthe spirit of hard work and plain living, this also is the final home of this wholearticle.
