Colleges and universities as a culture disseminator, birthplace, radiation source, our efforts to improve the school serve the socialist cultural development ability, for the construction of socialist culture power made positive contribution.Campus culture is the campus culture in the most active, the most abundant, most diverse part. In the construction of campus culture plays a very important role, as the supplement and extension of classroom education, youth students’quality development important carrier, cultural activity of the campus is more and more valued by the university. Chengdu Sport University as a physical characteristics of the professional college, campus culture development has been toward the road of innovation, in the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics under the big background, how to optimize the campus activities, the implementation of college campus culture innovation, cultivate university culture brand, explore the campus culture innovation orientation and system, to promote campus cultural activities prosperous development and the concrete practice has considerable practical significance.Taking Chengdu Sport University as an example, mainly taking the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, data statistics, comprehensive comparative analysis, research methods, on campus culture development present situation, existence problem and its development and innovation research. Through investigation and study, found that the current our school campus cultural activities in campus cultural participation degree is insufficient, the atmosphere of campus culture is relatively weak in comprehensive universities, campus cultural activities of the environment remains to improve, the campus culture impetus of students could not effectively develop, level of activity and department activities linkage not free, campus culture the activities of the organization form should be further optimized problems. Aimed at how to effectively promote with sports characteristics of campus culture development, put forward the following countermeasures:one is to insist on characteristic, to brand as a leader, constantly improve the campus cultural activities system strategic planning; two is actively taking measures, expand the coverage of campus cultural activities, construction of hospital, the entire process of the campus cultural activities mechanism; three is the key to strengthen general education and specialized education combined, to improve students’ humanistic accomplishment and ability of obtaining employment; four is the integration of resources, optimize configuration, reasonable use, enhance ability, improve the campus cultural activities of the environment; five are unified, project operation, school system linkage, breaking the traditional organization model.
