Abstract


Aerobics is a favored by the majority of students love sports，for enhancing the health ofstudents, students self-confidence, create a good personal qualities and unique personality hasimportant significance. In this paper, a literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statisticsand other research methods. Electives in Hebei Teachers College Aerobics motor skillsmastered in different stages of implementation of the method and its effectiveness in teachingand student feedback to investigate the situation analysis. Mainly the following conclusions:1. Hebei aerobics teachers have the following characteristics: Younger, the proportion ofwomen is much higher than men, which is consistent with our Teachers College Aerobicsoverall characteristics; Seniority is short, not rich teaching experience, qualifications and titleslow research capacity of teachers needs to be improved; most of the teachers on teachingmethods have certain cognitive, and can basically rational selection and use of teachingmethods.2. Hebei College Aerobics Teaching Methods according to the different stages ofmovement mastered choose different teaching methods, modern teaching aids for low usage;aerobics teachers to choose teaching methods are mostly based on experience and teachingcontented, does not reflect the subjectivity of students.3. Most teachers follow a fixed aerobics and traditional teaching methods, teachingmethods fail to reflect the diversity and innovation.4. More than40%of the students are not satisfied with teaching methods of teachers, themajority of students believe that teachers choose teaching methods classroom atmosphere ispoor, lack of communication and communication between teachers and students.For the above conclusions, some suggestions:1. Young aerobics teachers should ask the older teachers and learning, enrich theirteaching experience, enhance communication between teachers of different projects andlearning.2. Teachers in the choice of teaching methods to reflect the subjectivity of students, todare to break through, the courage to break, try a combination of different teaching methods,highlighting the diversity. 3. Regular in-service training, and effectively improve the standard of teaching teachersand operational capacity.4. Strengthen fraternal institutions and different projects the same project learning andexchange between teachers to improve their research capabilities.5. Teachers in the choice of teaching methods, teaching tasks and objectives areimportant, but also for students to create a positive and pleasant atmosphere in the classroomto stimulate student interest.
