Abstract

The Shanghai Women’s Basketball team is hard to find good young players in recent years. Meanwhile, the team has many problems on the cultivation of reserve players. These problems need to make greater efforts on the cultivation of reserve players in Shanghai Women’s Basketball team. And also provide a strong back-up protection for the development of the Shanghai Women’s Basketball team in the future. Combined with the coming of the Twelfth National Sports Games, and the National Sports Games this time applies new policy, that is to say, sports teams of football, basketball and volleyball (excluding beach volleyball) who rank No.l to No.3, count with three gold medals, two gold medals and one gold medal respectively. Moreover, the National Sports Games also sets up the group game specially for Women’s Basketball of Youths (U18Group), and the number of gold medals and integral are as same as the adult’s team. Looking at today’s Chinese women’s basketball teams of each province and their status, the Shanghai Youth Basketball team (U18Group) has more strengthens than the Shanghai Women’s Basketball team (Adult Group) to fight for the top three in the National Sports Games. Meanwhile, Jiangsu Youth Basketball team and Shandong Youth Basketball team are the biggest obstacles on the road for fighting the gold metal of Shanghai Youth Basketball team in the National Sports Games. Therefore, only make full preparations for the playing methods of these two teams before the National Spors Games, it can catch the advantage for fighting the gold medal in the National Sports Games. In this paper, through the8regular games between the Shanghai Youth Basketball team and its main competitors, the Jiangsu team and the Shandong team in the past three years, the author focuses on the classification and analysis of the success and failure of the offensive and defensive tactics between those three teams. As the important basis to promote the development of the Shanghai Youth Basketball team in both technical and tactical advantages, and to make up for the lack of technique and tactis, this paper also provides reference for the improvement of the team’s overall ability of technique and tactics.This article is researched through literature review, interviews, video observations, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. According to the analysis of the8regular games between the Shanghai Youth Basketball team and its main competitors, the Jiangsu team and the Shandong team in the past three years in the aspects of the offensive and defensive tactics, it can be summurized as the following,1. The offensive half-man marking tactic of the Shanghai Basketball team is rich and varied. But each set of tactics in the game with the Jiangsu team and the Shandong team has different effects. Generally speaking, it has a greater threat for the Jiangsu team.2. The Shanghai Youth Basketball team uses little offensive tactics of zone defense and applies immature. meanwhile, the apply of the fast-break is ineffective but they have a good sense of the fast-break.3. In the use of offensive tactics of frontcourt foul ball, the Shanghai Youth Basketball team applies well. And it has a high success rate in the game and the effect is also significant. But the Shanghai team uses less in the game with the Jiangsu team.4. Breakthrough and air sphere are the main offensive methods of the Jiangsu Youth Basketball team. The Shanghai Youth Basketball team has a higher success rate in man-to-man defense in half-court in the match with the Jiangsu team. And the three sets of offensive tactics of man-to-man defense in half-court are diffeent in the game between the Shanghai team and the Shandong team. The effects of these three sets of tactics are also different.5. The Shanghai Youth Basketball team has significant effect on the games with the Jiangsu team and the Shandong team. The keys for success of the Shanghai team are the breakthrough of the Jiangsu team and the defense in core zone of tactics to the Shandong team. The Shanghai Youth Women’s Basketball team has no obvious effect on the tactics of full-court press with the Jiangsu team. But it has significant effect on the game with the Shandong team.6. The Shanghai Youth Basketball team has a weak sense of defensive and also can not offense quickly, so the success rate of defending the fast-break is low. Especially the effect of defending the long-ball attack is not very ideal.7. The Jiangsu Youth Basketball team’s tactics of the baseline ball in front-court has small threat on the defense of the Shanghai team. And it can not form certain opportunities. The Shanghai team has a higher success rate in the match with the Shandong team on the tactics of sets of baseline ball. And it shall pay special attention to the limitation of the center.
