Abstract


In the working environment of Hangzhou CBD management committee, because itinvolves the transmission of office information, the traditional information transmissionby print materials obviously can not keep up with the current information development,which further leads to the inefficiency of the office work, the obstacle in informationsharing and the inefficiency in the collaboration between different departments.Through the adoption of modern information technology, using the network architectureas the platform can effectively solve the deficiency of traditional office work, andthereby further reduce the consumption of office supplies, which has a greatsignificance in the information reform of government office work.The idea of software engineering is adopted in the development of the system. Firstof all, according to the actual situation of Hangzhou CBD management committee,requirement and feasibility analysis is carried out, and then on this basis, the systemfunction module and database structure are carefully classified and analyzed, on thebasis of which the coding program implementation of the system is completed. Beforelaunched, the system is tested as a whole, so that it can better complete the users’requirements on function and ensure the proper operation of the system.Through an overall consideration on the logic structure and systematic structure ofthe system, the logic model and systematic structure of the system are elaborated, whichis the basis and the guidelines followed in system design. In this thesis, from theperspective of application, the display methods and realization of the business databased on B/S model are analyzed, and the results are applied to the system development,which has obtained a good effect. To establish the development method of the wholesystem, the system architecture based on Web technology and B/S is adopted tocomplete the design and implementation of the local area network (LAN) governmentoffice automation system. The foreground is the.NET development platform, and thebackground database is SQLServer2000.Finally, after the system is put into pilot operation, the efficiency of the office workand management level of Hangzhou CBD have been improved, which plays an importnt role in the management of Hangzhou CBD.
