Abstract


With the rapid development of communication industry, charging function on the development of telecommunications enterprises plays a vital role in. In order to meet the increasing customer demand, ensure the enterprise competition in the market has strong competitiveness, the telecom operators must be at the cost of reduced at the same time can be fast and flexible and efficient deployment of new business needs, to improve and meet customer and market demand. Therefore, it is necessary for the telecom billing of price management to do a system upgrade design, solve the problem of business operation support system charging.The thesis mainly discusses the telecommunication billing system core part of price management module design and analysis. In the first, the telecommunications billing in price management is analyzed, including the function, operation analysis, then according to the daily operation work of business information, the database structure of pricing domain in the price management is analyzed. In this system the results obtained have been in China Telecom Gansu branch accounting system, and achieved good results. As the level of enterprise management and business process continuous improvement, system architecture and function will also be further perfected and improved.
