Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, the growing social demand forbilingual corpus based natural language processing applications gradually expanding.High-quality bilingual corpus as machine translation, multilingual dictionary construction,semantic analysis supporting role, so how to build Chinese-Kazakh become bilingual corpusin the field of natural language processing Kazakh important issues.Bilingual alignment technique is Chinese-Kazakh bilingual parallel corpus constructionbilingual text processing important technology. This article focuses on bilingual parallelcorpus for Chinese-Kazakh construction methods of research, and to explore and improveChinese-Kazakh bilingual chapters, paragraphs and sentence alignment methods. In this study,"Insurance Law" is used as the bilingual corpus content.Firstly this thesis describes Chinese and Kazakh aligned bilingual corpus constructionand various techniques to explore the length of the alignment of the technology, based on theinformation seeking bilingual dictionary alignment method to resolve Chinese-Kazakhbilingual alignment problems at all levels. Secondly, in the stem segmentation, based on theresearch how to make use of various punctuation marks and numeric information in order toachieve further enhance Chinese-Kazakh bilingual sentence alignment efficiency andaccuracy. Finally, experiments show the effect of the proposed method significantly improvesthe alignment accuracy and other metrics.
