Abstract


In the concrete structure to a large cross- , overloading , lightweight , high-strength , durable direction of development today , the high-performance concrete has become the material of choice for concrete structures , increasingly wide range of construction projects , admixtures and admixtures use to make high - performance concrete quality influencing factors is more complex , and how to control the quality of high - performance concrete , and how the strength of high performance concrete entities were assessed a hot research topic in the field of construction quality . The main work and results of the paper are as follows : 1 , control, pre-construction and construction control , post-construction control combined control system is proposed for the production of high-performance concrete features and construction system . Control phase high - performance concrete construction , quality control methods to make full use of the current sample information , not only reflects the current status of quality , prediction and reliability analysis of the next stage of quality control . Ru Chen high - speed Minter Bridge project to explore the range of parameters suitable for high-performance concrete strength estimation formula provides a scientific basis for the high-performance concrete quality control . 2 , considering the Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway project characteristics and along the distribution of raw materials on the basis of experimental studies and theoretical analysis , high-performance concrete early strength depends on the W / C and late strength depends on the W / B . The use of the mineral admixtures powder effect to optimize the preparation of the C50 , C55 and C60 high-performance concrete , to meet highway prestressed concrete bridge design requirements , and successfully applied to text Minter Bridge C55 high-performance concrete . Rebound method detection through ultrasonic testing of the 72 groups of high-performance concrete test blocks , and compressive strength test , nondestructive testing technology for high-performance concrete was studied . The establishment of a high-performance concrete special strength curve , assessed with a reference value for the Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway physical strength of high-performance concrete structure .
