Abstract


As an important part of modern service industry, logistics industry is the important basisof supporting the national economy and safeguarding the livelihood of the people, and is beenpaid close attention on by state and local government. At the same time, the construction ofLogistics Park has become a hot spot on the development of the logistics industry in China.Because of the ordinary developmental level of Chinese logistics industry and the hugeinvestment of logistics park, the logistics park is accompanied by the risk of the lowutilization rate or functional alienation. And the level of risk is unknown and the classificationis ill-defined, which lead the income of logistics park been under average, and cannot give fullplay to the advantage of its powerful agglomeration. For the accurate understanding andjudgment of logistics park construction risk, this paper introduces the method of BP neuralnetwork into the risk assessment of logistics park to build a more scientific and morecomprehensive system of the risk assessment method of the logistics park construction.The conception and the construction risk of logistics park is studied and defined in thispaper. On the basis of existing risk evaluation index system and evaluation method at homeand abroad in the construction of logistics park, logistics park construction risk evaluationindex system is established by applying the method of Work Breakdown Structure; Combinedwith the basic characteristics of the logistics park construction risk, using neural networkmethod is proposed for logistics park construction risk evaluation;By programming in theenvironment of MATLAB, the model of logistics park construction risk assessment based onBP neural network is establishment, feasible evaluation procedure is given;The data of18logistics parks is worked as learning samples of network training and validation, the precisionof the model error can be made in the preset range;The effectiveness and operability of thismethod are proved by the example of Kashgar integrated logistics park.
