Abstract


Sports industry structure as derived from the industrial structure, refers to the various production departments within the sports industry between the technical and economic ties and to achieve a ratio between the number and sophistication to the direction of the rationalization process and demands it’s structure to adapt to each other in good condition. It reflects the various sports services and sports goods manufacturing sector in the production technology between the interdependent and mutually constraining relations, but also reflects the economic resources (including physical resources) in the configuration of the production sector and the total sports industry distribution of output in each sector. To make optimization and advancement of sports industry structure, it will be an important significance to promote the healthy development of the sports industry.This paper uses the international sports industry structure optimization theory research and application of the industrial structure of China’s scholars study the theoretical results, take literature, comparative study of methods and logical reasoning, to analyze various elements of the ski tourism industry structure of Hebei Chongli .And then ,give a better understanding of Chongli‘s Ski industry : including the causes of defects, and provide effective proposals to optimize of the structure of the sports industry .This paper includes six parts. First, starting from the analysis of the theory of industrial structure, the part traced the ideological origins, industrial structure to understand the importance of theory to gain a deeper understanding of the development characteristics of China’s industrial structure. On this basis, the study of the sports industry, sports industry structure, physical description of the contents of the industrial structure, is helpful to readers having a comprehensive, detailed understanding and knowledge. The second part takes Hebei Chongli ski tourism industry as an example, with analyzing its defects and the reasons . The third part highlights the development, problems and shortcomings of Chongli’s ski tourism industry, the fourth part of the content analyzes how to rationalize the process and how to the perfection of ski tourism industry structure to achieve the dynamic mechanism. The part V based on the whole theory, raises the ski tourism industry development plans and measures, including improving the investment and financing market, perfecting sports market mechanisms, improving personnel training system and promoting the ski market, etc. the part six is the summary and recommendations, which will be summarized with concise language for the reader to orient future research directions.
