Abstract


As the rapid development of the mass media at present, the Mongolian broadcasting has seen a great challenge that has never been met before, which has made many scholars pay more attention to the future of the Mongolian broadcasting. The thesis tries to do a historical research on the development of the Mongolian broadcasting by Radio Inner Mongolia and on the characteristics of its broadcasting program, so as to explore what extent "the Mongolian broadcasting has influenced the audience, as well as point out problem of management,, technology, policy, talent, market, capital and other issues exist under the surroundings of new media, such as combination of broadcasting with internet and mobile media. Broadcasting media also exist the problem of taking synthetical road or typical road, the problem of "Broadcasting" or" Abstract multicast".In the aspect of radio management, problems existed in the management system is not smooth, the advertising business dispersion, broadcast market downturn.The development of broadcasting in the new media environment,, we must take the media fu fusion strategy, technology change of broadcasting, the effectively integrate traditional TV media newspapers, magazines, television and the Internet, mobile multimedia and other new media sources too further expand the real-time communication function of network broadcasting, To further strengthen the interactive service function, must take the audience strategy, satisfy the audience’s diverse need, to meet the different needs of different audiences, and follow the road of specialization, innovation for the broadcast program content, form; must take brand strategy:strengthening the brand building and promotion, to establish a good image of the media must take market strategy:the implementation; Pathfinder operations, to do fine and stronger, improve the contact rate, radio resources integration, reduce operating costs, to explore the broadcasting media’s network wayThe thesis is composed of four parts:introduction, body which includes there chapters, conclusion and appendix.The introduction mainly discusses the research object, rationale for the research, the literature review, source of the data and research method.The body consists of there chapters. In the first chapter, the author introduces the three different phases of the development of the Radio Inner Mongolia, and then states the characteristics and changes of the broadcasting program in different phases respectively. The second chapter is about the study on the content and form of the Mongolian art program broadcasted by the Radio Inner Mongolia. In the last chapter, the author, in accordance with the result of the designed questionnaire, makes a research on the popularity of Mongolian broadcasting program by Radio Inner Mongolia, and finds out its current problems and the solutions as well.In the conclusion, the opinions and advice by the author are given.
