Abstract


And most of the European countries, like television stations originated in the city,China Television Media is also the city’s first television station. But the difference isthat European and American countries, China’s urban television media and the level ofadministrative regions there is a corresponding relationship in China’s "four to run theradio" system in the third level, which is at the CCTV and provincial TV mediadouble "oppression" under. It is this national policies and measures covering thedouble limit, making the most of the city television media in the local marketenvironment facing a grim situation, began to seek a breakthrough in regionalrestrictions, the implementation of urban television media cross-regional business.However, in this path of development, the city television media will encounter whatobstacles, but what kind of measures should be taken to overcome them, it is wellworth considering and exploring.The author’s extensive literature review of domestic and foreign, analyzes andsummarizes the results of research academia and industry, and then select the TVmedia in recent years, China’s urban management practices implemented across theregion as a case, combined with their work experience. Through analysis, the authorwill China City TV media cross-regional business development stage is divided intoinfancy, exploratory stage and growth stage, and that it is still in development mode isnot yet mature stages of growth. In this paper, the content of cooperation across theregion to distinguish between the standard mode of operation will be divided asfollows: column cooperation, cooperative advertising, run the radio partnershipcooperation activities, capital cooperation and collaboration of six landing signalinteractive way. The author of both internal and external media, analyzes andsummarizes the Chinese city of TV media barriers to cross-regional business,including television career within the media system, management system and thepractical level the obstacles, the external political environment, economicenvironment, cultural environment and technical environmental barriers. The author isalso part of the city through television media interviews with relevant experts, toexplore and summarize covering systems, structures, and dealing with practicalcooperation between four levels of strategies and programs, including televisionmedia ideology correctly handle property and industrial property relations, developthe right business strategy across the region, the establishment will help promote cross-regional business related institutions and so on.City TV media is not only China’s TV industry indispensable part of the vastnumber of academics and practitioners concerned about the object. In this article theauthor analyzes the Urban TV media cross-regional business barriers and overcomeobstacles summarized countermeasures. As the practice of cross-regional businesscomplex, this article can not be involved in eleven research results have certainlimitations. I still want to study, to a certain extent, promote or improve the Chinesecity television media in a cross-regional business developments.
