Abstract


In recent years, with the development and popularization of the Internet forpropagandaing, shopping, and paiding becoming more convenient, much more businessand even millions of families love the network for a living. The development of onlinebusiness faster and faster, and various forms of Internet commerce have graduallypenetrated into our daily lives, our close friends. At the same time, the development of thenetwork functions in convenience also appears a series of problems that can not beignored, and it gives the public the impact is far-reaching. Looking at the world, manydeveloped countries have already succeeded to various means to strengthen thesupervision and management of the network business. Looking at China, it has just started,as China’s network business department in charge of one of industry and commerceadministration authorities play an important role in the network business regulation. Howto strengthen the network business regulatory functions for the Industrial and commercialadministration has very important significance.This study provides an overview of domestic and international status of the networkbusiness regulation and functions of the network of business regulation of industry andcommerce authorities, statutory regulatory functions and our network businesscharacteristics, come to the significance and necessity of the network business regulation.Through analysis of the regulatory status quo of China’s network business networkbusiness regulation, such as the lack of law enforcement in accordance with industrial andcommercial authorities, network monitoring system is not perfect, the network economyoffenses flooding, industrial and commercial authorities network monitoring team is lessstrength,network monitoring too much reliance on administrative means. In this paper,based on the point of view of industrial and commercial administrative organs, industrialand commercial authorities to strengthen the network business regulation regulatory focusand difficult to analyze, to find the reasons for the difficulty of the network businessregulation. Urgent legislation such as the basis for enforcement of industrial andcommercial authorities, industrial and commercial authorities subject to the regulations virtual lack of network monitoring capabilities of the industrial and commercial authorities.The same time, drawing on the absorption of useful foreign experience, the problems forthe supervision and regulatory difficulties, and to further analyze the causes and identifyways to industrial and commercial authorities the implementation of the network ofbusiness regulation, continue to improve the regulatory and legal system and establish asound regulatory system for industry and commerce, increase the network efforts to dealwith economic offenses, in a timely manner complete industrial and commercialauthorities, team building, change the work ethic, and strive to supervision andmanagement of transformation into a "service guide" transform " supervision andmanagement " as "services", in order to achieve our network commercial market healthyand orderly development, the development of China’s market economy escort.
