Abstract


With the increasingly enlargement scale and finance investment to the college year by year, the assets of college is expanding at a fast speed. So how to keep and increase its value becomes an urgent problem. This article analyzes the current problems in the college, taking Anhui Province as a case of the University, discusses deeply asset management experience both in the domestic and foreign countries, and gives some suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the management to the college assets.The college assets come from financial appropriation and public fees. It features as large scale, variety, complexity and difficult to manage. Presently, the assets management to Colleges and universities still are in the exploration of both economic system and educational system. Many management systems are still in the exploration phase. The state-owned assets supervision still needs to explore, improve and complete. So it has become an important and urgent tasks.on how to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in universities, and improve the efficiency, to prevent the loss of state-owned assets in colleges.This paper starts from the importance of higher education, discusses the necessity of assets management in universities. Then to elaborates the basic theory of state-owned assets in colleges. After that, the paper analyses history, current situation and existing problems on our college state-owned asset management. It also discussed deeply asset management experience both in the domestic end foreign countries. Put forward six models of state-owned assets management It can not only strengthen the supervision and management on assets, but also help to improve the efficiency of management of assets in Colleges. Finally, taking Anhui Province as a case of the University, the writer discuss the asset management evolution, development and present situation, analyze the existing problems and its reasons. At last, it put forward on how to improve the University Assets Management.
