Comprehensive evaluation theory and methods had been widely used in various fields, so many scholars gained a large number research findings on research of the theory and application. In order to apply the method of collaborative comprehensive evaluation to the credit rating of small and medium-sized enterprises, I improved the method. My thesis mainly includes the following works:(1) Constructed the index system of credit rating. According to the actual characteristics of the evaluation objects, proposed the credit rating index selection principles. This thesis constructed the index system of credit rating based on the existing major credit rating index system and the principles.(2) Improved the method of weight calculating. To solve the problem of comprehensive evaluation, a collaborative dynamic weight determination approach is proposed basing on the principal of differentiation and variable weight. According to the evaluators’ information we found the evaluators’ weight with objective method. Then we got the fixed index weight. Taking the balance and alteration of index value in every observation into account, we found their status variable weight. The last weight is composed of the fixed and variable weight.(3) Constructed the credit rating model. The model includes the aggregation of index value and the evaluation value on different time. Constructed the time weighted function according to the direction and quantity of the changes on different time evaluation values. Evaluation values on different time were weighted by the function. We made five credit rating grades from AAA to C. In order to make the evaluation result ranges from0to100, we proposed a method based on the differentiation principle.(4) Application research. The thesis chose three small and medium-sized enterprises from Shenzhen Stock Exchange SME board. Calculated the data of the evaluated enterprises from2010to2012, and then obtained the evaluation result.
