Abstract


Latest files to the Russian Museum of History, published in recent years,"the new economic policy was ruined."(The top five) for research perspective, trying to reduction before and after the ruin of the New Economic Policy historical overview from a newer, more comprehensive perspective by this from a deeper dissect the reasons for its ruin, and the thinking of the lessons and inspiration it brings.This paper describes the international situation and domestic background of the New Economic Policy and its specific content, when combined on the basis of the situation further analysis of the theoretical and practical significance of its existence. Then from the perspective of the latest files to clarify new economic policies ruined before and after important historical facts, such as the "Schacht cases","the food acquisition crisis","extraordinary measures","the Group of Three" and "agriculture wholesale collectivization" and other events, and thus the impact of the implementation of new Economic Policy. The theoretical reasons for the final termination of new economic policies followed by profiling resulting from a deeper perspective, not only the awareness of the problem referred to a higher level, but also help us to fully tap the historical value of the new theory of economic policy. Finally, on the basis of the text before the Summary, from a modern point of view look at the new economic policy breaks given to today’s socialist countries, especially China’s socialist modernization drive brought valuable lessons and valuable significance.
