Abstract

In this paper, five different cocoon varieties experimental materials , prepared five kinds of cocoon shell Soluble Composition sericin ethanol repeatedly extracted . The experimental results show that in vitro Soluble Composition DPPH radical scavenging capacity and inhibition of tyrosinase activity is much stronger than its corresponding sericin ; cocoon layer Soluble Composition inhibit α- glucosidase activity of very strong, while sericin is almost no such activity . In all samples , the strongest, creating a big cocoon Soluble Composition of bioactive above its DPPH radical scavenging capacity , tyrosinase and α- glucosidase inhibition with IC50 170μg/mL , 27μg/mL and 110μg/mL. Then , this article made ??cocoon layer Soluble Composition and sericin body drop hyperglycemic activity tests showed significant hypoglycemic effect such Soluble Composition of STZ-induced diabetic mice , while pure sericin kinds of hypoglycemic effect is weak. In addition, this study of cocoon layer Soluble Composition of the active ingredient analysis , the results indicate that they are mainly composed by substances such as flavonoids and free amino acids . Soluble Composition total of the biological activity of flavonoids in the cocoon layer was positively correlated , while not directly related to the content of amino acids , polysaccharides and other ingredients .
