In recent years, the " buyer " as one fashionable occupation has gradually been cognitive and familiar with Chinese people. Following the buyer, there has been some foreign clothing brands enter China clothing market and became successful. Buyer’s operation mode is market demand-oriented, face to consumer’s demands; provide the new operation management method to the development of enterprises. This new method has been widespread within the industry, also inspired the small and medium-sized garment enterprises to building their own brand.In this context, this thesis is sum up the different types of buyer’s functions; focus on the buying operation mode, rather than buyer’s occupation; introduces the operating characteristics of buying operation mode in different industries; analyzes the buyer operation mode how to exists in different aspects of garment enterprise operation, and how to based on the implantation of small garment enterprises in China; Small and medium-sized garment enterprises always restricted by lack of capital and technology, this thesis also discuss how to maximize the power of buyer operation mode; the last part discussion about what is buyer operation mode bring to the garment enterprises,and what is accelerate the brand strategy of China’s garment enterprises.This thesis try to find a way to change the operation mode for the domestic garment enterprises, especially help the small and medium-sized garment enterprises to explore a kind of effective buyer operational transformation mode, hoping to provide a theoretical reference to small and medium-sized garment enterprises buying operation mode of operation, to help small and medium-sized garment enterprises in brand building, bring certain economic and brand benefit.
