Abstract


In recent years, the acceleration of the integration process of China-ASEAN regional economy brings unprecedented opportunities. Food enterprises of Guangxi has been developted rapidly which has already became maintaining growth of economy moderate in Guangxi, optimizing the structure of ownership of an indispensable force in Guangxi economy development, playing an increasingly important role. At the same time, it also faces severe challenges. Food enterprises how to solve the problem of reform and development, as well as the food itself security issues, have caused great important attention by the government and relevant departments. Today, with the increasingly competition, the talent is the core resource of the enterprises, who has the first-class enterprise talents can remain invincible in competition. The wisdom, creativity and enthusiasm of enterprise staffs is the source of enterprise vitality, and the people-oriented ideology of enterprise management is the core content in the process, which fully mobilize the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the staffs, and the people-oriented ideology is the best magic for the social and economic benefits of the enterprise. If Guangxi A food enterprise wants to develop rapidly," people " is the first important factor. Therefore, adhering to the people-oriented management ideology of human nature will become the trend of development of Guangxi food enterprise management.Preliminary studies suggest that, the whole quality of Guangxi A food business management is poor. The problems which Enterprise is still at the stage of experience management, care of management for employees is insufficient, humanized management consciousness is shortage, enterprise management system is a mere formality, the enterprise employee occupation career lacks of planning, as well as the lack of human resources management, coupled with the backward and low employee quality lead to imbalance of employee quality structure and loss of talents. Especially, that high-end core brain drain and management change frequently restricts seriously the development of Guangxi A food enterprise. In this paper, through the using forms of questionnaires and interviews to investigate and research in-depthly A food enterprise, and through the method of factor analysis of the SPSS statistical analysis, to research the problems that exist in the analysis of A enterprise human management. From the enterprise culture construction, system construction, effective incentive and building a learning organization to construct Humanity Management System, putting forward to build management model of customer involvement in the management of people-oriented, customer oriented, employee is also God’s. Through the construction of humanized service system, taking the measures of talents management, emotion incentive and institutional construction to improve humanized management of A food. Therefore, researches about A food enterprise humanized management can enrich and perfect the humanistic management theory of food business, innovates humanized management mode and method of food business, provides new theoretical support for management work of food enterprise under the new situation, and also provides decision-making reference for humanized management of the Guangxi A food enterprise.
