Abstract


ERP is abbreviation of Enterprise Resource Plan which is management toolintegrated with modem management concept and information technology. However,because it involves multiple internal departments, a plenty of people, externalconsultant group, furthermore have to optimize enterprise process which changesconventional work method, therefore ERP implementation is extremely complicatedand critical. All of above mention factors result in that situation that implementation istough in corporateOn the background that Changchun DSM implements ERP management, thisarticle brings in key milestone, process and total warranty during implementation inorder to improve the probability of success on ERP. Firstly, it introduces the situationof utility of ERP management in Pharmaceutical intermediates industry. Via analysisof necessity and feasibility, it proves ERP management tool is an inevitable trend andaccordance with firm character and development. Secondly, mainly discuss thepreparation work before execute it including principle of selection software throughcomparison between SAP and Scala; the hardware platform whose advancedtechnology guarantee the system runs in stable and efficient; supplier Chainmanagement, Finance and manufacture process analysis and definition, projectorganization chart and those key role responsibility and training plan and target. Thoseactivities are fundamental and crucial factors before implementation. Thirdly, thedetailed method, solution. role description and roles’ work scope is introduced duringERP management implementation. It is apparent that corresponding relationshipbetween ERP management and actual process, and optimization process for us.Eventually, briefly introduces and analyze the various warranty action during whole project, including risk assessment, data collection and management which ismore complex and tedious than other issues in this project; and selection consultantgroup, support after sales which could keep system operation and continualimprovement; what IT take is to guarantee data integration and security.
