Abstract


Nowadays talents have been the key factor in the development of enterprises. As the competition of human resources among enterprises is becoming more and more serious, how to attract talents and enable them to promote the development of enterprises has been a common issue. Core employees, as the centroid of talents, play more critical roles in enterprises. Therefore, How to construct an effective motivation mechanism for core employees is very meaningful for the development of enterprises.This thesis is around the equity motivation of core employees and is based on the real needs from H Company. H Company is a real estate development company restructuring to a private joint-stock company in2002. Company implemented share ownership incentives to core employees including professional managers. However these years the worst problem is that the serious brain drains of the pelagic staff.This paper, taking H Company as an example, analyses the problems we should face during the implementation of equity incentive to the company’s core staff and the existing equity incentive program deficiencies designing and researching a new equity incentive programs to the core employees.The main work and contributions of the thesis can be summarized as follows.1. We analyze the H Company’s macroeconomic environment and internal environment, and discuss the necessity to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and to build the equity motivating mechanism for the core employees.2. Combined with the incentive theory, we propose the general idea for the equity motivation on the core employees of H Company, and present detailed design on a lot of aspects, including the management organizations, motivating scope, motivating rules, and so on.3. We propose some suggestions on the realization of the equity motivation mechanism of the core employees in H Company, which is based on the analysis on the possible problems and obstacles to realize the motivating mechanism of the core employees.The study of this thesis is on the basis of the real needs from a real company. It can partially enhance the related theories in the motivation of core employees. The proposed equity motivation mechanism in the thesis is expected to further improve the human resources management in the company, and to provide some referential values for other related companies.
