Abstract


Corporate Citizenship Behavior came from the West, and was formally proposedby Keim in1978. It has become a hot research in the area of Ethics Management. Theessence of corporate citizenship behavior is the behavior which corporate owns aconsciousness of social citizen and affords citizen responsibility. It is responsible forall stakeholders and promotes the well interaction with stakeholders. What’s more, itis good at enhancing corporate soft-power.Therefore, this work chosed the Chinese employee as participants, investigatedthe relationship of corporate citizenship behavior and employee organizationalcitizenship behavior, and found out employee’s psychological changes during thiscourse. After the literature review and analysis, theory building and hypothesize,questionnaire design and revision, we used SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0to analyze the322effective dates. Through the Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Reliability andValidity Tests and Factor Analysis, as well as Correlation Analysis and RegressionAnalysis, we came to five main conclusions finally as follows:First, corporate citizenship behavior includes two dimensions: corporate basiccitizenship behavior and corporate discretionary citizenship. The former dimensionhas a significant positive effect on employee behavior of benefiting colleagues andwork, and has no effect on employee behavior of benefiting organization. But the laterdimension both has a significant positive effect on the two dimensions of employeeorganizational citizenship behavior.Second, corporate basic citizenship has no direct influence on organizationalidentification, and discretionary citizenship has a significant positive effect onorganizational identification.Third, organizational identification has a significant positive effect on employeeorganizational citizenship behavior.Four, by the medium of organizational identification, corporate discretionarycitizenship behavior can influences organizational citizenship behavior indirectly.Five, moral values regulate the relation between discretionary citizenship andorganizational identification on the degree and path.Based on the above conclusion, this paper summed up the differences with theprecious findings and the progress which this paper maybe being, and proposed fourmanage advices based on the side of ethic management. It is helpful to find intrinsic motivation and improve practice and management ways of corporate citizenshipbehavior. At the end of the dissertation, the limitations and future research orientationwere illustrated.
