In recent years , organizational identification is becoming the core concepts of organizational behavior , because it can potentially explain and predict many important workplace attitudes and behaviors . Deliver overall improved organizational effectiveness , and help organizations maintain healthy and sustainable development as an autonomous , individual behavior conducive to the organization and effectiveness of organizational citizenship behavior , and staff organizational citizenship behavior showed they have a strong organization identity. Based on this background , the research organization is necessary to agree on organizational citizenship behavior . The main purpose of this study is to investigate the public hospital staff organizational identity organizational citizenship behavior ; explore different public hospital staff organizational identification , organizational citizenship behavior differences and the different demographic characteristics of organizational identification , organizational citizenship behavior . In this study, read the research literature on the basis of a large number of domestic and international relevant organizations identity and organizational citizenship behavior experts asked , basically to determine the various dimensions of organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior , and thus the more mature Western and demonstrate through empirical organizational identity theory and organizational identity organizational citizenship behavior affects organizational behavior theory and the results applied to the study of public hospitals , organizational identity theories assume that the effects of organizational citizenship behavior . Empirical research through expert interviews and a large - scale survey of 523 employees from public hospitals in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province . Then the use of the SPSS statistical analysis tools , descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data , the reliability and validity analysis , correlation analysis , analysis of variance and regression analysis , results basically confirmed the proposed hypothesis , the following conclusions: Organization agree on organizational citizenship behavior has a very significant but positive influence ; public hospital employees of different backgrounds organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior showed differences ; different demographic characteristics is an important factor to influence organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior . Further explored in the end analysis conclusions value of the limitations of this study as well as the development direction of future research .
