Objective To observe the morning session healthy young people bone metabolic markers rhythmic waves of change over time . In 22 healthy young people , including 11 males ( 28.64 ± 4.30 years) , 11 female patients ( 29.27 ± 3.41 years) , between 8:00 am and 12:00 am intermittent venous blood . Electrochemiluminescence method for the determination of serum intact parathyroid hormone ( i - PTH ) , osteocalcin ( OC ) , type I collagen C-terminal fragment ( CTX ) concentration . Concentration detected by ELISA bone alkaline phosphatase ( BALP ) . Electrolyte analyzer of serum ionized calcium concentration . Automatic biochemical analyzer of serum total calcium , magnesium and phosphorus concentration . Bone metabolic markers i - PTH , OC , total calcium , ionized calcium , magnesium and phosphorus rhythmic fluctuation characteristics with time was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . i - PTH and OC existence of gender statistically significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) trend over time . Correlation analysis showed that biochemical markers of bone metabolism rhythm fluctuations BALP and OC , CTX was positively correlated ( R1 = 0.383 , R2 = 0.376 ) . OC and CTX, serum magnesium was positively correlated ( R1 = 0.846 , R2 = 0.231 ) . Phosphorus and magnesium , calcium ions were positively correlated ( R1 = 0.350 , R2 = 0.271 ) . Total calcium and ionized calcium , phosphorus was positively correlated ( R1 = 0.993 , R2 = 0.264 ) . Related to the above were statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion bone metabolism biochemical indicators of the health of young people in the morning has the characteristics fluctuations over time , with gender differences in the trends of some indicators over time . In clinical practice , the specimen collection time affect bone metabolism test results should be taken into account in the assessment of the therapeutic effect of bone metabolic markers in biological rhythm changes .
