Abstract


In1985China New Technology Resources Investments limited, which started th-epreludeof venture capital in China. ThelistingCorporation who has a strong c-apitalplays amore and more important role in the process of development of ventu-re investment in our country, and also become the main force of the venture capital.However, China’s Venture Capitalstarts late, Risk investment mechanism stillneeds t-o be improved, The empirical research about the influence of the listing corporation o-f risk investment in China on business performance is lack of.The main purpose of this paper is that through empirical research ofthe impac-ton business performance of different target risk investment of listing Corporation,summarizes the experience of risk investment of listing Corporation in our country la-w, put forward reasonable suggestions for Chinese listing Corporation risk investment.Firstly, thispaper summarizes the research results of Venture Capital at home an-d abroad,introduces the theory of risk investment, and provide a theoretical basis f-orthe following research.Secondly, reviews the development course of venture capital in China, analyzesthe present situation of the listing Corporation of venture investment in Chinaand t-he existing problems.Thirdly, screening of the Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares141in2009-2012,wh-ich participating in the riskinvestment listing Corporation, according to the investm-ent strength into astrategic development for the investment objectives and the financi-alincome of investment objectives of two samples, using the method of descriptive statistics and multivariate regression method to study the effect of the risk investme-ntintensity, the listing corporation invested enterprise asset size, industry relevance an-d investment income andnet profit on business performance to the listed Corporatio-n.The empirical results show that:the effect of different investment performance ofli-sting Corporation have significant differences; influence investment intensity,investm-ent scale, the industry related are more sensitive to the strategic development objectives of the listing Corporation than that in the financial income as the goal of the l-isting Corporation. According to the empirical results,this paper put forward feasibl-e suggestions toensure the healthy development of risk investment listing Corporati-ontoachieve mutual benefit and the win-win goal.Finally, according to empirical results, combined with the existing listing Corpor-ation risk investment in our country, the suggestions on the listing Corporation risk in-vestment of our country put forward, to ensure that our country risk investment indu-stry development.
