Abstract


Growth management is a special problem in financial management, the growth isnot endless, sustainable growth is not focus on its current development but forlong-term development in the future,many enterprises overestimate their own financialsustainable growth ability, how to control the speed of growth effectively is a bigproblem for the manager.The excessive growth will probably lead to serious shortage offinancial resources, even bankruptcy and the fate of closure. So this paper aimed topresent a new concept of growth to the manager-financial sustainable growth, make useof the financial sustainable growth model as the reference standard of developmentspeed, the manager can analyze the difference of growth rate,so they can take propermeasures to solve the problems, the sustainable growth concept is very important in thegrowth of a company.This paper mainly use the sustainable growth model to test the growth status of themanufacturing-listed companies from financial perspectives. This paper is divided intofive chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, it elaborate the researching objective、thestructure、the methods and the literature review of the thesis.The second chapter, review of the theory of “growth management”theory, mainlyexplained the tool of growth management-sustainable growth model.The third chapter introduce the goal of financial management and sustainablegrowth strategy, when there exists the differentiation between the actual growth rate andthe sustainable growth rate, what financial strategies should be taken to solve thedifference in order to match the growth with financial resources, then a study case isused, what strategy have been taken by the enterprise when actual growth rate andsustainable growth rate out of balance.The fourth chapter is the descriptive statistics and test.From the data ofmanufacturing firms that we have choose, this paper analyse the difference between theactual growth rate and sustainable growth rate, the empirical research showed that thesample company did not achieve sustainable growth, high growth exisit in manyenterprises. Then in response to this study, in order to find out the influencing factors,based on multiple liner stepwise regressive analysis we make a test.The fifth part is the ending,introduce the conclusion、the innovation and the shortage of the thesis.The purpose of this thesis is to help the enterprise allocate the financial resourcesby the sustainable growth model tool, so that they can avoid the risk, along with thegrowth the enterprise can achieve constant valve creation.
