Abstract


Objective To investigate the prevalence of female hypertensive patients sexual dysfunction (female sexual dysfunction, FSD) and felodipine-based combination buck program based on the step-down standards of young and middle-aged female patients with hypertension sexual function the impact. Method of study was a prospective, randomized, parallel, controlled, open design of the fixation. Treatment between 2008 and 2009 in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University young (age 18-60 years old) 1-2 grade female hypertensive patients, 99 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups: felodipine tablets 5mg / d Eritrea Irbesartan tablets of 150mg / d (FI group, n = 49), felodipine tablets 5mg / d metoprolol succinate tablets group 47.5 mg of / d (FM group, n = 50) with normal blood pressure female 50 cases as the control group (control). United States Rosen Professor of female sexual function index the scale (FSFI) questionnaire and the serum levels of estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) content. Follow-up of 48 weeks. Results of four weeks, eight weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 36 weeks and 48 weeks rate of blood pressure compared between the two groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), two kinds of joint step-down program lowering systolic blood pressure (P = 0.72) and lower diastolic blood pressure (P = 0.09) effect of the differences were not statistically significant. The prevalence of hypertension group sexual dysfunction than the healthy control group (66.7% vs 30%, P = 0.000), and hypertension group than in the control group libido index sexual arousal function index, index of vaginal lubrication, orgasm index, sexual intercourse when pain index and estradiol decreased (P = 0.000, P = 0.000, P = 0.000, P = 0.003, P = 0.000, P = 0.008); testosterone levels (P = 0.000). The premenopausal normal control group estradiol levels were higher than the FI group (P = 0.000) and FM (P = 0.002); postmenopausal women with normal control group of female estradiol levels were also higher than the FI group (P = 0.000) and FM group (P = 0.000). Normal control group premenopausal women, testosterone levels were higher than the FI group (P = 0.005) and FM (P = 0.042); FI group postmenopausal FM patients and normal control group, testosterone levels in three groups was no significant difference compared to (P = 0.054). Premenopausal and postmenopausal patients in the FI group treatment week 24 libido index the arousal function index and estradiol levels were elevated (P respectively lt; 0.05 or lt; 0.01), testosterone levels decreased (P respectively lt; 0.05 or lt; 0.01); libido index in the first 24 weeks of treatment in the FM group, the vaginal wetness index and estradiol levels were decreased (P lt; 0.01), elevated testosterone levels (P lt; 0.01); two groups of sex function indicators and estradiol and testosterone levels in 48 weeks compared with 24 weeks, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Hypertension group FSFI total score and estradiol levels were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure levels were negatively correlated. Conclusion Hypertensive Women sexual dysfunction prevalence of greater than normotensive women, felodipine tablets irbesartan tablets felodipine tablets in combination with succinate metoprolol tablets in combination with antihypertensive compliance The rate is the same, the former can be improved to some extent in Hypertensive Women sexual function.
