These KPIs are close connected and impartibility to build up the KPI system. This article use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to build up evaluation process model, structure model and 3 levels index system.This article builds up the Shandong post logistic network performance evaluation system, which has more scientific index system, connect the quantitative index and qualitative index. The evaluation system has systematic and hierarchy, which is coordinate with operation character of Shandong post logistic network. According to the demonstration analysis, the model is highly coordinate with post network, and the evaluation result is highly acceptable. Based on the evaluation result, this article provides the development method to improve the operation benefit, efficiency and quality of Shandong post logistic network.
