Abstract


In recent years, cross-border region has gradually become the focus of tourism development areas. As a special type of tourist areas, tourism development is not only opportunities, also challenges. To solve some real problems contain the great potential, the complexity issues and the obvious contradiction, seeking appropriate integration mode is a good method. It is good for cross-border to solve the conflicts and increase the economic cooperation between regions. The main tasks and key results of this thesis are as following:(1)This thesis makes a deep study on cross-border regional tourism development mechanism. In this paper, from the two perspectives of China’s administrative divisions and characteristics of tourism resources to explore the cross-border regional tourism development mechanism. Through the system research for principles, characteristics, types of zoning boundaries of Chinese administrative divisions to draw the following conclusions:First, the administrative division is the main reason for the cross-border region to save some important tourism resources. On the hand, Chinese administrative division is based on natural elements and human elements. Because of that, the cross-border regions often contain a wealth of travel resources. On the other hand, a Chinese administrative division contains relative stability and historical continuity. Second, the cross-border tourism resources have their own characteristics, as integrity, similarities, scarcity and inconvenience. Due to the existence of the administrative divisions, many resources across two or more different administrative regions.(2)It is the first time to elaborate the major problem of cross-border regional tourism from two levels. This thesis also comments on the reason of the causes of the conflicts from two angles of boundary factors and self-serving trend:inter-district conflicts around the tourism elements expand; intra-regional conflicts around the relevant stakeholders expand. Administrative division is the essence of the boundary factors which lead to the conflicts. The aim of the self-interest tendency is seeking maximum benefits. There are some different between two levels, but they have an adverse impact on the economic development of the local area. In addition to the administrative divisions, self-interest trend factors also should be taken into account for the reasons for the cross-border conflicts.(3)Carry on more all-round region tour conformity method research. On the basis of the system put forward the general nature method of cross-border region tour conformity, this thesis proposes the integrated model to cross-border tourism.(4)Empirical the research. This thesis select special area of Siming Mountain as a study object. Making a deep study and investigation on the five regions of Siming mountain to identify the problems of tourism development. In order to solve problems, this thesis put forward the integration models and measures of Siming Mountain tourism development, to some extent, to verify the content of integration model in this paper.
