Abstract


Social progress with modern information technology promotes informationtechnology needs of the campus. Campus information technology and constructionconcepts have been continuously improved from the digital of the campus intointelligence campus. Yixiaotong business of Dianxin Company is in this backgroundcame into being, and has been applied in the primary and secondary schools.Yixiaotong could become important content and inevitable trend of campusinformation technology in the future.This paper focuses on the development of Yixiaotong and its operational mode,operational strategy, and its operation risk and security. In the analysis ofdevelopment of operation, the technical implementation, network infrastructure andservice platform and service capabilities were analyzed. The operation teachingmanagement, student management, learning counseling, campus card servicemanagement, orientation systems, canteen management, library management andother aspects of Yixiaotong were also analyzed and these can provide students,parents, and schools parties effective, convenient and efficient services, and promotedevelopment of intelligence campus.To promote the application of Yixiaotong in the intelligence campus, improveDianxin company share in this area, Yixiaotong operation mode and operationstrategy were analyzed in the paper. First Yixiaotong core competitiveness, the targetmarket analysis, and its free running model and profit model were analyzed. Incompetitiveness, Yixiaotong and its similar products in the business content, profitmodel, the main advantages and disadvantages and application prospects differencessituation were analyzed; the strengths of different company were mainly analyzed.The target market analysis was carried out by means of surveys. The correspondingresults were obtained by analyzing the data, which can guide the formulation of astrategy to run. Yixiaotong free business model are safe messaging and network-assisted instruction. For Yixiaotong profit model analysis, the consumptionlevel of the user was analyzed, business model, tariff model, users pay profitablebusiness models and interactive business models were analyzed.Then on the basis of analysis of Yixiaotong, the different times of the operationstrategy were sttudied. At the market introduction stage, Yixiaotong school businesswill adopt safe messaging and network-assisted teaching and other activities topromote the development of the market at this stage. At the fast-growing stage,diverse business systems using established initially explore the characteristics ofcontent and reduce costs, improve profit strategies. At developing maturity stage,using the popularity of the Yixiaotong business applications, creating acomprehensive personalized, interactive content and a mature reliable operationstrategy to promote brand image through business development wing of the school.To protect the Yixiaotong operating smoothly, its operation risks and safeguardmeasures were analyzed. Yixiaotong running risks include market risk, operationalrisk and competitive risk. Market risks are mainly from the user’s habits and productquality of the content, operational risks are mainly from capital risk, competition risks,competition risks are mainly from similar products of the competition. Face differentrisks, Dianxin company combined characteristics of Yixiaotong and the actual needsof the product itself has put forward higher requirements. Security conditions werealso analyzed to ensure smooth running of the Yixiaotong. The main safeguardscontaining social environment, its own characteristics and organization managementof Dianxin company were analyzed.
