Objective: X-ray coronary angiography as the reference standard to prospectively investigate 3.0T magnetic resonance contrast-enhanced whole heart coronary imaging accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis (≥ 50%) . : 41 ( 27 male , 14 female , male 27 , female 14 , mean age 59.5 ± 10.7 years) consecutive subjects with clinically suspected patients with coronary heart disease MR contrast-enhanced whole heart coronary imaging check a week line X-ray coronary angiography within the subjects of these 41 cases , angiography as the \specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value . Results: 41 cases of MR contrast enhanced whole heart coronary imaging patients , 38 patients were satisfied with the inspection results ( 92.7% ) , the completion time of 9.8 ± 3.4 minutes , control and results of coronary angiography , MR contrast-enhanced whole-hearted coronary artery imaging in the diagnosis of coronary artery significant stenosis of each piece of blood vessel analysis sensitivity , specificity , positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 91.1% (95% confidence interval [ CI ] 79.6 to 96.7 ) , 82.7% ( 95 % CI 78.4 to 86.3 ) , 44.0% ( 95 % CI, 34.9 to 53.5) , 98.4 % (95 % CI 96.1 to 99.4 ) , based on the analysis of each patient sensitivity , specificity , positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 95.0% (95% CI 73.1 to 99.7), 83.3% (95% CI 57.7 to 95.6), 86.4% (95% CI 64.0 to 96.4), and 93.8% (95% CI 67.7 to 99.7). Conclusion : 3.0T magnetic resonance contrast-enhanced whole heart coronary imaging is a non-invasive , accurate diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis (gt; 50%) an important means .
