Abstract


Objective: To reference fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment methodology for the risk assessment of the occupational hazards of small and medium-sized chemical companies, try to establish a set of quantitative risk assessment methods and practical application of multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to small and medium-sized chemical companies occupational hazards risk assessment. Method: refer to small and medium-sized chemical companies at home and abroad occupational hazards laws and regulations and related standards, occupational health field investigation and expert advice, step by step to identify risk evaluation as well as small and medium-sized chemical companies, the establishment of the initial risk of occupational hazards for small and medium-sized chemical companies factors index system and fuzzy evaluation criteria; AHP to determine the weights of indicators at all levels, the introduction of random consistency ratio CR (judgment matrix largest eigenvalue for the remainder of the characteristic roots of non-negative average value of CI with the same order of average random consistency index RI ratio) testing the various factors compared to the same degree; Fuzzy Comprehensive risk assessment of a chemical enterprises (plastic plants and coal-to-gas plant). Results: A preliminary suitable for small and medium-sized chemical companies occupational hazards risk factor evaluation index system and evaluation criteria, the index system considering the (site selection and the overall layout, production processes and raw materials from multiple perspectives, occupational hazards in protective measures, personal occupational protective supplies, construction of Hygiene and auxiliary rooms, occupational health management measures, occupational hazards, emergency response, occupational health surveillance) reflects the basic content of the medium and small chemical companies' occupational health work; the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method occupational hazards risk assessment of small and medium-sized chemical companies, the matrix combined with consistency test evaluation system factors weight distribution, derived evaluation criteria; occupational health surveys and occupational hazards in the workplace on-site by the application instance measured results, combined with the evaluation factors weight matrix calculated the two small and medium-sized chemical companies occupational hazards risk level.
