Abstract

Despite the honesty and the basic principles of life, people's lives are still filled with lies. Lies living together does not mean that people like to lie, often the face of lies people no choice but to accept; lying this behavior appear by the time situational, interpersonal, psychological motivations of many of the social and psychological factors , then the acceptance of people lying behavior will also be affected. Acceptability of lying from a psychological point of view to study the behavior of great significance. Previous studies mainly by writing lying story to examine lying motivation, interpersonal relations, and other factors of lying acceptable degree of impact, combined to determine the position and personality factors less research background is mostly the United States and Europe, in the Chinese context there are very few. Therefore, on the basis of existing research, the study by self lying story to examine the type of lie, the interpersonal types and to determine the position of lying acceptable degree of impact, and combined with the Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) in the music sociability (A), the suspected sexual (L), worldly nature (N), independence (Q2) and self honesty questionnaire to explore an acceptable degree of lying. The results show that: the type of lying acceptable degree of influence of the main effect of the (1) lies significantly, which altruistic lies the acceptability of the highest degree, followed by self-interest does not harm the people of the lie, while the the egoistic loss lies lowest acceptable. (2) to determine the position of lying acceptable degree of influence of the main effect significantly the bystander standpoint lies the highest acceptance, followed by liars stand, the lowest acceptance lies cheater judgment stance. (3) interpersonal type of lying acceptable degrees of main effects significantly, the lovers lie between acceptable significantly below good friend between and understanding lies between acceptable. (4) there was interaction between lies and interpersonal types. (7) honesty and self-interest does not harm and self-interest expense of others lie acceptance of a significant negative correlation when standing liar as well as bystanders stand, honesty and the higher the degree of self-interest and self-interest does not harm the expense of others lie lower acceptance ; altruistic lies and no results.
