Abstract


To predict textile dye recipe, two conditions are divided in this paper including the same concentration and different concentrations based on the analysis of experimental data. Multiple nonlinear models of dye recipe and three stimulus values of C, M and Y are respectively established. By using the least squares principle of multiple regression analysis parameters of the nonlinear equations can be got and finally Newton iteration method is used to solve the nonlinear equations in order to get the dye recipe. The experimental results verify that the calculated dye recipe and the actual recipe are very close, which will have some significance for computer color matching for textile dyeing.The first chapter introduces the background, basic theory, development, current status and three color matching methods of computer color matching technology. The second chapter introduces the basic principles of colorimetry, including the exact meaning of color, three elements of color, color blending, computer color system and color difference analysis and so on. The two chapters are involved in basic textile color matching theory. The third chapter introduces the basic principles of regression analysis in this experiment, simple regression analysis and simple linear regression model, multiple regression analysis and multiple linear regression model, multiple linear regression equation, multiple linear regression step, the regression equation and the significance test of the regression coefficient, stepwise regression analysis, polynomial regression, the basic idea and geometric significance of Newton iteration, laying the mathematical basis of solving the model. The fourth chapter introduces the question of this experiment in detail and describes the designing, researching and analyzing of the experimental data, establishes a suitable mathematical model of this experiment. After solving the model the final results are obtained.Through this study, the regression analysis of the problem can resolve textile color matching problem. Through establishing mathematical model by using regression analysis, it is easy to figure out the concentration of dye textile dyeing sample that we need. The more data we have the more accurate the mathematical model is and the smaller the error is. This method has some theoretical and practical value.
