Abstract


To master a foreign language is the information society in the 21st century citizen's basic requirements, foreign language primary schools to become the world development trend of foreign language education, English as the common language of the world's leading, non-English speaking countries to become the preferred language. In 2001, the Ministry of Education issued a \English education has made great achievements, but the rural primary school English education is facing various difficulties. In this study, based on student development through the county survey to understand D status of primary school English education, based on the combination of psychology, education, linguistics knowledge to analyze the county primary school English education crisis and the emergence of the reasons for such a predicament, and to Primary English county actually proposed to improve the state of education feasible suggestions. The study is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, including issues raised, the study's purpose and significance of the choice of subjects and research methods. The second part is the theoretical basis of primary English education, introduced the second language acquisition theory, combined with the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting primary English education. The third part is the D County Primary English Education and problems. From a macro perspective, D county the county primary school English education as a whole presents non-balanced development and the quality of primary school English education is not high; micro level, the insufficient number of primary school English teachers, teacher professional level is low, difficult to adapt to the educational needs of primary school English; primary school English learning deficiencies and the lack of standard English input. The fourth part is the D County Primary English Education Problems Cause Analysis. D County elementary school English education problems mentioned above is caused by the deviation of primary English education awareness, education, allocation of resources is not balanced, professional primary school English teachers supplement difficult and caused a serious lack of remedial English. The fifth part is to improve the county's primary English education Suggestions: rational allocation of teachers; county education authorities to accelerate the building of primary school English teacher professionalization efforts; school students learning English as a creation of English language learning environment; teachers to adopt a scientific and effective evaluation way to ensure the correct orientation of primary school English education.
