Abstract


Learning Burnout is the Teachers College widespread the phenomenon timely scientific and rational digestion learning burnout is to achieve high teacher education goal objective requirements is an important goal of Teachers colleges education teaching reform of, but also promote the comprehensive development of high teacher-student, for basic education conveying an inevitable requirement for high quality qualified teachers. In this study, based on the existing research on learning burnout, study pressure at home and abroad, Learning Burnout Inventory and college students to learn Stress Scale stratified sampling of Jilin Province, four full-time Teachers Colleges Teachers professional college students survey, aimed at teachers and students to grasp the current learning burnout, learning the type and condition of the pressure, and further explore the relationship of learning pressure and learning burnout, and both predict academic achievement. The study found that there is a certain degree of learning burnout: 1. Teachers and students. Among them, the different grades, different professions and different family sources students in learning of Burnout and individual dimension exist significant differences. High teachers and students experience greater learning pressure, where the pressure of the pressure of learning prospects, learning atmosphere pressure, and family expectations is particularly prominent; differences in different genders, girls learning prospects pressure aspects significantly with higher than boys; different grades of the students in the presence of significantly they have differences junior learning competitive pressures, learning stress score was significantly lower than the freshman, sophomore, junior students in learning prospects pressure was significantly higher than the freshman, sophomore, sophomore in academic burden pressures significantly higher than the freshman, junior; different professional differences in the form of the the arts body class students in the academic burden pressure was significantly higher than literature and history and Polytechnic students; different students in different schools, Tonghua Teachers College students in the learning conditions The pressure is significantly higher than the other three students; students of different family sources there are differences, rural students in learning prospects pressure, family expectations pressure is significantly higher than the county, city students. The students of different gender and professional in academic performance exist significant differences in the academic performance of college girl significantly higher than boys, science and engineering students was significantly higher than that of literature and history and art and physical class students. Learning burnout level of teachers and students, learning pressure level of their academic performance was a significant relationship. 6. Learning prospects pressure has a positive predictive effect on academic performance, depression, misconduct and low sense of accomplishment, learning effectiveness pressure the academic burden pressure and learning conditions of pressure, the academic achievement negatively predicted. Joint interpretation of the seven factors for the academic performance of 31.4%.
