The use of new technology has broken ecological equilibrium between the traditional medium. Traditional media and so on broadcast, television, newspaper start in the competition to present the medium fusion tendency. Network broadcast, handset television and so on new thing appearance, Confirmed and impelled the media convergence forward unprecedented breadth and the depth development enormously. At the present, the media convergence from the scholar mouth’s prediction, the academic term transformed this pan-media time medium development the inevitable trend.All broadcast transmission behavior is achieved through radio programs, Broadcast news programs as the main types of radio programs, Radio news program resides in the main item and dominant position in all levels of broadcasting station. How to realize our country radio news program under the new medium environment to develop the innovation, and sets up the brand to be decided to the radio news program shape innovation result.Convergence trend in the media, With the change of mode of transmission, Adding new technology and audience demand changes, What change the radio news program shape will have?Which ways can the radio news program shape innovation adopt and which barriers will meet ? how to deal with? as well as future development trend worth studying.This paper is divided into three parts:Part1: The analysis of Media Convergence concept, under the Media Convergence concept summarizes its pattern and the characteristic, Analyzes its origin.
