Abstract


Service trade development of the relationship between a country's national economy and the people's livelihood , the opening up of trade in services involving a country's balance of payments , national sovereignty and security . Therefore, have a high degree of protection of the countries on the trade in services , barriers to trade in services , with the liberalization of trade in services runs counter to the trends . Trends following the liberalization of trade in services , the service industries of China and Kazakhstan are increasingly open cooperation in the field of trade in services has also made certain achievements , made ??important contributions to the development of the two economies . However, in the area of trade in services between the two countries has also taken a number of restrictive measures affect the conduct of trade in services between the two countries cooperation . Therefore , the gradual elimination of barriers to trade in services is imperative . This paper intends to adopt a combination of theory and practice , comparative analysis , summarized under the premise of the theoretical study of barriers to trade in services , combined with the status of the service trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan , from the banking, insurance, labor , professional services and other services industry start to study on bilateral service trade protection measures , aims to identify some of the problems that exist in the legal adjustment of barriers to trade in services between the two countries and between the two countries , and puts forward the progressive realization of the liberalization of trade in services legal countermeasures , so that the two countries better to carry out the service and trade cooperation of mutual benefit and win-win situation between the two countries .
