Abstract


With the deepening of economic globalization, multinational business environment changed dramatically, facing growing risks of multinational business management, higher demands. Meanwhile, the increasing levels of world science and technology, multinationals increasingly high degree of internal specialization, internal trade more frequently. Insider trading as an important multinational management activities have a significant impact on multinational corporations. .
