Abstract


The role of corporate culture has attracted the attention of Chinese business, but the development of corporate culture in China is not so long, corporate culture theory is not so perfect, so there are still some issues in the Chinese culture research and development, corporate culture ways and means have many defects. The culture difficulties that Chinese enterprises are facing and the urgent of business enterprise have promoted the exploration and development of Chinese enterprises to find ways of enterprise’s building, and exploring a suitable thinking are becoming an important part of business management.Culture theory originated in the United States, Chinese enterprises had learned the ideas of foreign enterprise’s outstanding management and enterprise culture though communicated with foreign advanced enterprise. Practice in corporate culture, Chinese enterprises have some problems, the reason is not found how to broad and profound traditional Chinese culture in building a corporate culture with Chinese characteristics. This article focuses on the characteristics of corporate culture and traditional culture of Japan and US, and defined the relationship of them, then explains in the context of traditional Chinese culture how to learn good ideas from excellent corporate culture abroad components to build the successful Chinese corporate culture, and provide some guidance for Chinese enterprises.
